Superior Model Management is owed and managed by Isla Rafferty, and prides itself on being Scotland's fastest-growing and most dynamic modelling and creatives agency, representing the cream of Scotland's modelling talent.
Superior Model Management was founded in December 2006 by Kimberley Main and Scottie Brannan, with a combined experience of almost twenty years working in the modelling industry, Scottie and Kimberley, as two of the countries most respected and intuitive bookers, created an agency which specialises in nurturing home grown talent. The agency's one to one personal management and pro-active approach has consistently launched successful individuals in the fashion industry and delivered modelling services to some of the most prolific clientèle in the world.
The agency's new MD is Isla Rafferty. Isla has been with Superior as a booker for some years now, and was delighted to have naturally progressed to taking the reins of the agency in their entirety. Kimberley and Scottie continue with their work in business and design industries respectively, but still maintain links with the fashion world in consultancy roles for the Superior group, which continues to build on its dynamic and creative foundations, and aims to go from strength to strength as it progresses through the decade.
Isla Rafferty heads up an energetic and enthusiastic office team. Isla, the entrepreneurial director, prides herself on her professionalism, along with her care and dedication to creating a cutting edge team at the booking table. Growing up in the ever-evolving Dubai business environment has allowed Isla to bring knowledge of a fast paced environment to the table, putting into practice knowledge and systems gained from her Fashion Business degree.
Along with head scout Josie Smith's background, industry knowledge and contacts, and Isla's business skills, Superior has the exact formula to promote and ensure it's longevity and expansion within the Scottish fashion industry.
Superior also has a sister company called the Elect Agency. The Elect Agency's creative division looks after some of the country’s most experienced and exciting fashion and advertising photographers, make-up artists and fashion stylists. There is also a promotional staffing sector of the Elect Agency too, Elect PR, which is managed by model and PR guru Josie Smith. Featured amongst Elect's personnel database there is a skilled, diverse workforce of corporate hosts and brand ambassadors.

We also have strong links with catwalk production companies and media production enterprises.
Superior are based in Glasgow, Scotland and look after the interests of models who work in many territories all over the world, such as London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Athens, Munich, New York and Tokyo. Furthermore, Superior HQ provides a convenient one stop shop facility for clients to hold castings in their light and spacious studio headquarters in the very heart of Glasgow city centre.
